YOGA MEDITATION

Develop calmness, confidence and relaxation through meditation. Learn the tools to lower stress levels, incorporate relaxation into your daily lives and help create a sense of peace and well being. Our classes are designed for children and adults working with sound, light and water meditations to name a few. We also work with chakras for healing and balancing of emotional problems. There are one-to-one, group classes and workshops for women or couples who feel ‘in a rut’. Discover your strengths and weakness while learning how to generate positive outcomes in your lives. Michelle Walcott has worked with Schools and children with ADH with success.

Discovering meditation back in 1982 Michelle has travelled throughout Asia to study with various teachers. It has become part of her lifestyle and thus teaches partly from an experiential level. Her classes are made easy for absolute beginners, at the same time provides substance and support for the more advanced meditators. From your first class you will begin to learn how to incorporate a peaceful flow into your life.

   Fees

·        Classes available every Tuesday 7- 8pm £5.00 per session

·        Free Lunch time programs Wednesdays 1-2 pm

·        1-2-1 sessions - £10 per hour
